Were have all the jobs gone

Ive been unemployed from full time work for about six months now since i lost my job due to cut backs. Since then ive been searching threw newspapers the local job banks and havent found anywork besides working in a coffee shop. Last week i discoverd something intresting. About 90 percent of the companys out there have sourced out temp agencys or placement agencys to do all the hiring. witch in my opion makes it harder during the interview because at these agencys they can not personally relate to your previous experiance and are just looking at your crediendtials and not your practical experiance. it may seem like im venting but rather just trying to shed some light on the situation to help people save time and disapointment. when you find yourself unemployed instead of checking the paper head to you local temp agency to find a job
