How to create an account for Twitter for a company?

Nowadays, I have been a member of Twitter, which is a popular social network micro-blogging website, that allows users to share and discover what is happening right now.
Bu now, I meet another question about it. Calking Guny, one of my best friends, wants to create a Twitter page for his little company, but he doesn't know how to do it and I don't konw of it too.
So, how to make a twitter account and twitter webpage for a company? Is it should be verified if he has a personal account?

as same like as a user create but change the ograation type to give th org details. TITLE of group is important.

I think all accounts are the same in the beginning but if you reach twitter limits like some bigger companies do such as stevejobs from apple, you can ask for an upgraded account with better limits.
