Do you think health drinks provide the vital nutrients and vitamins they promise? Many people to overcome weakness are resorting to these drinks.Do you feel in the absence of a balanced diet these drinks can make up the deficiency?

Yes I do think some health drinks do. I read the nutritional information, and I know that by law that has to be truthful or the company can be sued.
I do feel in the absence of a properly balanced diet and I know that my Limu Plus helps a lot. I feel better everyday, and the days that I don't have any, I don't feel as good. I don't know if they can make up all the deficiency though, but they do do a fair amount in regards to lessening it.
Cheers.
