Hey there friends, I am going to get 20% of $10,500,000.00/ (ten million five hundred thousand American dollors) from Miss.Kate Koffi of Ivory Coast. so my share of the booty will be 2.25 million. I do not know the reason why she is offering me this money, but she has promised me to send her photo, so that I can know who she is.
What should I do ?

I do hope you realize that this is a skam. Please do not sent this person any money, this is a scam. This is way to get you to send money with a promise of them sending you money. It is not real it is a total scam and you will only end up ripped off at the end and losing money. Do not correspond with these people or person an longer.

Thanks for the response ladym33. Since I have read a lot of discussions in Mylot about these kind of scams, I have become smart enough not to send any replies. I just thought that I will send some false and fictious names and telephone numbers to her, so that I can see what she is going to do next.

100% scam... Internet users know these but new people here on net are one to suffer.First these scammers show us big dreams and when these dreams are broken,it hurts. It happened to me when I was a newbie but now I have understood that without hard work we get nothing.

Wow, that sounds just like the hundreds of scam letters that I get every week in my email.
Do your research wisely before letting go of any personal info.

What I've noticed is that they would ask you for personal information like name, address, phone, bank account number (not like they can get in it so easily)
But regardless, I never do that, my info is already spreaded over the internet, I wouldn't want for someone in particular who's asking for it to get it.
Althoug you may want to give some fake info ... as you said, just for the fun of it.

rameshkumaar57 if you believe this scam then I have a bridge I can sell you, no do not write to her do not contact her,she is another scam artist.you will be asked to send her a goodly sum of money in order to get this, and once you do that, you never hear again from this person. she emailed you but not by your email name right, just to resident right? no this is a nasty mean scam and any money you send her will just be lost. she just wants to get money out of as many fall guys that she can. delete her .So you should do nothing. she is not offering you anything but heartache if you contact here, she will just want money then if you are dumb enough to do that you will just lose your money and you will never ever hear from her again. trust me on that.

If I had a dollar for everytime someone was going to send me money I would have a million dollars ,real money .I say real money because most of these people are scammers .I must admit that initailly i thought I was the luckiest guy in the world whenever I used to get these emails and even went through great lengths to send my contact details to these persons .It wasnt until I realised that tehy were asking me for a small fee to send me millions of dollars that I realised it was a scam and did bother taking any mor epart in it .My belief is that if you were sending me all of this money then there are one of two things you could do to recoup your expenses either you woudl pay it out of your pocket since it was miniscule to teh amount you were sending me or youcould take it from the money and then send me the difference. So if they havent asked you for that small fee then mark my word because they are so predicatable ,soon they will .
Its ironic because many perosn stiil get caught despite numerous warnings because many persons reason that if they are going to send me all this money then the
least they can do is pay foir the expense WRONG MOVE
so in parting all i can say is BEWARE OF SCAMMERS THEY ARE A DIME A DOZEN ON THE NET

All internet lotteries are all scam or spam mails. Please do not respond to them. You will be loosing money or will be in trouble if you do so. I have arrested someone at Nigeria in 2005 doing this kind of scams. His name was Buba. Our Indian Embassy helped me a lot that time. So be careful.
