How do you get up early?

I am trying to return to my normal sleep pattern. I just finish a project in the last weeks. In that process my regular sleep was broken. I have to stay up late to think about my project and work on it. This greatly affected my regular life. Now I want to switch back to my normal life. I hope I can get up early. However I find difficult to get up early enough especially when the weather is becoming pretty bad outside. How do your guys get up early?

I get up at 6:30 by the sound of my alarm clock. I get up and HAVE to have some coffee in order to do anything else. Thats what gets me through the day. It takes time to get back into your normal pattern but you will eventually.

I go to bed early nowadays. It has been a habit to go to bed early at night and wake up early in the morning.If I stay up for hours in the night it becomes too difficult to wake up in the morning next day and it starts with sleepy eyes. Then in the daytime also I feel very sleepy. Its very simple that if my body gets 7 hours of sleep It automatically wakes me up in the morning and I really without any help of alarm.

Alarm clock Thats the best thing that helped me a lot of times but always remember that an alarm piece should never be at arms reach and the tone you select for the alarm should be horrible not a pleasant melodious one. If its a pleasant tone then you would probably fall asleep instead of getting up. After two to three days you would easily get up without the help of an alarm. The first few days are always a big hurdle,once you cross them its almost a piece of cake.
