When I was a young boy, my parents and teachers often told me that I should properly use soap when I washed my hands for it could destroy germs. Recently soap has been replaced by hand wash in many places including my home. I feel that hand wash is more convenient to use. But it is also said that soap works more efficiently. So I want to know your opinions. Do you use soap or hand wash? Which one do you think works more efficiently?

Hello Simon. I remember, too, when bar soap was the going thing...before the time of the liquid hand washes. These days, I use a combination...liquid hand wash in the kitchen and bar soap in the bathroom. The kind I use in the kitchen helps remove food odors from the hands, such as onion, better than bar soap.

Hello Simon. I usually use hand wash to wash my hands, but sometimes I use soap as well. It depends on what is available to me.

I always use soap as that is always in my house.I did use to use anti bacterial hand wash, but i found that was irritating my skin so i went back to using soap.I do not think there is any difference much if you were to use soap or if you were to use hand wash as they both do the same thing.
