when i look u guys' discussion ,i review my school period ,at that time ,if i smoke i could not concentrate my mind to analysis and find a right way to work out the mathematic question.even if ,i can resolve it finally, but it cost me a long time .if i quit it for sometimes ,i feel comfortble ,however i just feel unwell with my chest and if there was unhappy matters happen ,i would re-smoke . but i get the information from the TV ,i said hypnotism could real quit smoking.

Yeah its hard to quit, you really have to have the will power and find something else to do with your hands. I tried for many months before I finally quit, I ended up in the hospital for other things and that is where I quit. I believe the lord had his hand in it. I had been wanting to quit for many years, asked for help, got the patches given to me free thought I had the will power but for some reason just couldnt do it, I ended up in the hospital for a week the doctor told me after 3 days its out of my system and I never picked up another been quit for 4 months now. Good Luck and my advice would be to not buy anymore and walk away from the urges dont allow yourself to buy anymore. Its hard but it will be best in the end.

Stop smoking just an idea for me now, but the act was nothing at all.
The hardest way is the psychological aspect. Sometimes i feel my bodies has rejected the smoke, but not in my mind.

It's all about power of will you know ;) Some people can't quit anything at all without a big kick in the nuts.

I am in the process of quiting, for the umpteenth time, but i am determined to beat this thing.
I can go weeks without, so there is just no excuse why i go back to it, other than i am totally stupid!!!
