How can you get a RuneScape membership using Zapak?

I have noticed after the billing page look update, Jagex has released a new way of paying for membership - Zapak. How do I get a membership with Zapak? There is absolutely no information about it anywhere. I have searched on the internet but I only find the news that says that Zapak has tied up with RuneScape. Does anyone know how to get one? Please help :).
