Screamo

Late responder but...whatever, haha. I can really listen to any kind of music if it sounds decent. There are a few I absolutely hate though. I've noticed a lot of people commenting on how Screamo is for the stereo-type "emo", which is bull. Some of it can actually be pretty cool if you're listening to the right bands. I love screamo and heavy metal -which gets on my mom's nerves ;p. Haha.

i think that i may be one of the biggest heavy metal/metal fans in the world. it is what motivates me and makes life make sense to me. i can wax lyrical about metal all day and i am on an endless quest to meet other metalheads out there. i love screamo too, it appeals to my sometimes emo side. my ipod whose name is zeepod is currently filled with about 3000 or so songs and they are all metal. i have been to the download festival in england which is almost as big as wacken. i love to hear people scream and growl, and that chugging guitar coupled with drums, my bliss!

cant stand it actually. I know the music is great but singers messed up things for me on this kind of music. I could stand it if it would last a few seconds for example on latest Sonata Arctica, tony, the singer screams just the last word of the sentence which in my opinion is better than screaming the whole thing. The thing is i found it annoying and just dont like it. But hey, everyone has its own opinion.

I believe it is okay as long as they are screaming something you can understand... usually I can never understand what most are saying and its like me just yelling gibberish with nice music in the background.
