I like traveling and learning about different cultures of different countries. Recently I went to Singapore for my vacation and I did enjoy my stay....In all I have visited ten countries, what about you? How many countries have you visited or want to visit in the future?

Same here. I've here in Singapore as Permanent Resident for almost 4 years now though I am born and raised in the Philippines. Aside from those 2 countries, I have just visited Malaysia's Genting Highlands. I mighht say the place is nice especially the climate. I would love to go there again to try those rides I did not managed to experience.

genting is a nice cool place to be too, joy_evaldez.
I have been there recently and it seem to have change a lot. There is a lot of rides and shopping around there and if you prefer a nice morning cool walking you can always step outside to feel the cool fresh air.
The plus point, the place earns its revenue from the casinos and therefore the accommodation there is relatively cheap.

I've had the opportunity to visit 9 different countries in Europe and Asia and I enjoyed travelling a lot. Given the resources and time, I would like to travel again this time to North America. It's nice to see different cultures and ways to doing things.

Hi there,
I like traveling too. I didn't go too far from my country but I hope I can get to travel more and more countries before I get old. I always think it is better to travel at younger age as we are more energetic to travel.
So far I have been to Korea once, China a few times, Australia once, Hong Kong twice, Indonesia once and Thailand twice.

OMG!I can't believe your lives are so exciting! I'm now a college student in China, I have never visited other countries during the last two decades. How pathetic! My best dream is to study aboard, unfortunately it costs really too much that goes beyond my parents could offer. So I still stay in China, and travel to several cities in my country, I hope to know more friends from other land so as to exchange experiences about the same interests.

I was born in Italy but live in Australia so there’s two right there! I lived in Italy until I was ten and I remember driving over the border to France and Switzerland quite regularly whenever my father took holidays; we lived in the north of Italy and driving to another country could be done within a day quite easily. Since moving to Australia I back packed through Malaysia, Thailand, stopping in Singapore and Jordan before heading to the U.K. and Spain for a working holiday.
We stopped in South Africa on the way home and visited Cape Town.
I haven’t travelled for many years now and because I have a family the money for airfares is not so readily available but I am so glad I did it; there is still so much that I haven’t seen…I’ll keep buying those Lottery tickets...One never knows...Wouldn’t mind visiting the States next...

I think about 33 countries, not counting landing at airports. I have seen a lot of European countries with the exception of the Scandinavian countries. I have also been to about 6 countries in Asia (Philippines, India, Nepal, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam) and Africa (South Africa, Namibia, Mozambique, Botswana, The Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Senegal), Latin America including Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Venezuela, Brazil, Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica. So many places to see, so little time and money. Russia, Egypt and the Antarctica are still on my list.

I also love to travel and learning about the ways of other countries. I honestly believe that this world would be a much better place if people took the time to learn about what lies beyond their borders, but I realize it is also unrealistic since travelling is very expensive. So far, I have visited the US, Mexico, Philippines, Netherlands, Belgium, and France, but I hope to add more to this list. I want to travel all over the world...I can't pick just a few!

Without counting the airports they are: Estonia, Venezuela, Spain, England, Sweden, Finland, Latvia and Germany. I'd really like to visit Spain again and I'd also like to go to Italy.

I been to about 30 countries, each year I travel 4-5 times either on business or leisure. Before I used to be very excited when I travel, that I plan at least a month thinking about it and things to do, but my requires me to travel all the time, so now I only get excited when I travel to a new place or on leisure. I also have a ready luggage underneath my bed, that at anytime I needed to travel I dont have to worry what to pack. Its great to travel, at the same time it only takes a plane ticket to educate oneself, on the other hand it also takes just a ticket to become a laughing stock in an attempt to communicate to another culture...I plan to travel more on leisure....at least I will go to one new country a year...

It's a pity that I've only been to very few countries. In 2002 I went to Phuket Island to enjoy my summer vacation. This little island impressed me a lot. I felt sorry for Phuket when the tsunami of Indian Ocean hit it in 2004. Then in 2008 I traveled to Singapore and stayed there for a short time. It was a very clean city and I could felt the diversity of cultures there. The above is the only two countries I've been to. I wish in the future I could finish a worldwide travel, so I have to collect money at present.

...Hi velentina, In my younger days, when I had a real job, earning real money, I would try to travel some where every year. At one time I would try to get a group together, but they all would back out, for one reason or another, so the last time they did that, I decided to go alone and that was my liberation. From then on I went by myself. Only had a time or two where there was an aggressive person, who I had to
nicely back off. I have been to quite a few places, mostly in the Caribbean. I would think that I have visited seven countries in all. I would love to visit England, Ireland and Africa. Maybe one day. Take care.
