A week ago we had watched a documentary about stress," Stress Portrait of a Killer" it says stress can result to an ulcer, it also affects the way our body function that can lead to a heart attack. Stress also change the way we deposit fats in our body, and those fats were dangerous. So stress can really make our tummy bigger?

I am confused why stress can make your tummy bigger. I don't believe on that statement. Maybe your tummy gets big if you eat too much everytime you are stress.

I have heard that stress can aggravate the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome which in some people can cause the tummy to feel bloated. My doctor told me that IBS is definitely more serious when the patient is under stress. Of course emotional eating can make any of us gain weight and the tummy is the first place fat will deposit itself.

I don't know that. Thanks for sharing the information with me. I am working hard on my tummy size now. I do exercise every morning and evening now. I feel there is a small change due to my exercise. I am also walking a lot. I have told my driver not to come in the evening to pick me up. I am walking around 20 minutes on the way home.
