Eating too much is good habit or bad

I have seen many people to enjoy their life by eating various kind of food.They like all kind of food junk,chinese,indian,sub-continental,veg,nonveg etc.This all food contains heavy fat,carbohydrates etc.But this is really really reducing the health of us.People will be clumsy by eating this kind of food.
But other aspects if we like home food and eating it all the days it will improves your health.So what we can say that eating helathy food we should depend on our home.

Eating too much is a bad habit because these type of people are very lazy and wherever they go they only want to eat.

Eat too much, I do not think well, it will affect digestion and the stomach will eat the bad. Therefore, we must be rational diet. Want to eat, but also nutritious.

If the person has the digestive power and the body intake is more, than there nothing in eating too much. But eating more than required is unhealthy and according to Holy scripts overeating is SIN.

I think eating too much is not a bad habit but quietly not good for your heath if it exceeded to your desired appetite.

From my view,enjoy various kind of food including rich food not bad. i also like eat and enjoy different type of food some time. but i think need maintain a limitation in every thing and every where,so on eating. off course we ensure the quality of food before eat. need control fat and calories .i don't think much eating is good for health. I prefer drink much clean water daily too.
