Learning a take-away menu

I think such situation is commonly occured on everyone who working on a new place. Since this job is freshly new for you, i think no one will feel strange if they see you have many post-its everywhere. You are on a progress which we usually called with learning by doing. If you are doing your job with good, you will learn all of your products gradually. Everything takes time to learn. So i think there's no any express way to help you to learn all about your menu on your working place. But usually it will takes only a month for learn all of the menu.
