Hey Friends! My NeoBux account suspended because when i was not at home my sister registered a new NeoBux account using my computer. I tried to send a support ticket but NeoBux didn't let me to do it. How to correct this?

My friend also had the same problem.I have helped him and his account is live now! Follow these steps: 1.Submit a "Support ticket" 2.Wait for 3-4 working days for the reply 3.After 4 days,if you haven't received any reply,just send another ticket with "Ticket Id" in the subject your mail. 4.If all these don't fetch you the fruit, post the topic in the forum so that the members and moderators in the forum can resolve the problem.

What is a support ticket, and how do I send it. I have also had the same problem and my account has been suspended. But I am not able to open any of the links like help or anything.

Hello Ramesh Kumar, First of all,Support ticket is nothing but asking the Neobux about their program or the problems you are facing.Its just like "Contact us" page.For every ticket you are submitting the system will generate a Id which like a reference number used for further correspondence. Don't worry. The first step you should do is just contact them for help. Try to let them know of what a situation you have met and tell them the truth. Wait 3 or 4 days, if getting no response, write a post on their forum and request others' help, which is useful to attract their attention to your problem. Good luck!
