If you responded to my discussion about losing my grip and my discount and haven't received a response then please accept my apologies. This is a first for me. Normally I do try to respond to comments. However, as I broke the rules I was making a statement rather than a positive discussion. In itself that's a breach of etiquette. However, I want to move on from those discussions please. If you break the rules (of anything) what do you do?

run away laughing?
kinda depends on what it is, I guess. Like today when I flipped that middle finger at the cop who was watching traffic at the kids' school today and I hadda make up a story about how I was just waving friendly like but I have this medical problem with my middle finger and sometimes it springs into action and I have no control over it and please don't arrest me...
What was I talking about?

Because I'm perfect, I never break the rules. Sometimes they bend a little under my weight though.

Now, I don't want you to feel bad or anything...but aren't you repeating your apology? We all break the rules sometimes, we're all human. When I break the rules, I just ignore it and move on to the next discussion. Don't feel bad anymore, ok? Here...have a warm chocolate chip cookie. Does that help?

I handle breaking the rules in one of two ways P1key, I either close my eyes, turn my head and Pretend I don't know nuthin', Or I just blame it on someone else!!!
No! Not really! When I break the rules I own up to it and face the consequences. I am of the old school that teaches this and I find when I do own up to my mistakes the consequences aren't nearly as bad when you admit it and sometimes you even gain more respect because you are an honest person!

That's a Good Boy P1key I would expect nothing less from you!
Now as for what Hatley said, I personally Can't Promise you that you won't get spanked or paddled, although for your sake I hope you don't, but I do agree that we all love you. So Chin Up P1key ...or I wonder in this case if it won't be Bottoms Up???

Hi p1ke,
There is no need for another apology, you have done nothing wrong but made a mistake and am sure myLot will dismiss this one, if I remember rightly I did post a discussion once that had a word in that shouldn't of gone through, so when I got a warning I wrote to mylot explained it wasn't meant and apologised since then I have just been careful in what has been said, in either a discussion or response which is what I do more of as you know...hugs LoLo

Rules are made to be broken, P1key. Don't let it bother you!
No reply necessary, you are forgiven and patted on the back.

One of the unspoken rules is that you don't apologise too often.
Too many apologies cheapens the entire thing and does not make you look good.
Maybe, in future, one little " sorry, folks " might be enough.

Hi p1key,
If I broke the rules and no one notice, then I just carry on but if do notice then I'll sorry and start again or just move on.

I always get comment from you on your discussion. But I occasionally get response to my discussions from you. May be my discussions are not up to the mark.I appreciate your suggestions. My English knowledge is very poor. Sometimes I can't understand your witty and intelligent discussions. However with this limitation of mine I try to response to discussions of my friends. I think you will understand me. Thanks my friend.

hello again pikefish,
well, if there was one apology that i created in the discussion is teh apology that i didn't have time to respond to my friends discussion since i got so fed up with commenting responses, which almost went beyond twenty plus or something. and then there was this scenario where i accidentally created a duplicate discussion.. just move on ...and...have a great day

Hi p1kef1sh
I think if I would have broke the rules then I too would oppologise as have you! I think I probably have in the past, just like you, started a discussion to oppologise to my friends here. I was more to let my friends know and to say sorry rather than to start a dicussion for financial gain!
