PTC script installing help!

Hi Evryone! I would need a bit of help with a ptc script (SecureBux v. 2 Blue - Alertpay). I have the script but i dont now how to install it... I tried to install it on 000webhost but I failed, i also tried another webhost and it didnt work again. I would realy apreciate if someone could help me to install the script or write a tutorial how to do it. And another thing... I dont mean to spend money on webhosting. If anyone knows some good free webhosting services please tell them here. And also all the tipps about running a PTC site are very welcome:P Thakns, greaneagle!
