A strategy game...

I am pretty sure that there will be no one who responds to this discussion. If not, then there will only be a few...
For whoever is reading this, I want to share a little strategy game that I came across. It's a pretty standard space game where you build things and get resources, and make ships and do other "space" things. Most people go inactive because they find it boring...
And it is. UNLESS you join a good alliance. An alliance - that is similar to clans or guilds in other games - is a group of players who formed a pact together. So I have joined a empire that shares my love for Star Trek, and we pretend to be Klingons there
So, we start wars and whatnot. But they take it very seriously. We have a history of wars and we are currently fighting three, one of which we started because another alliance hacked our leader's account...
So our leader made another account and another alliance, the one I am in now... And we fight.
Though, recently, we have started to break up and some loyal members have left the game or become less active. Even our great Leader has spoken of resigning his position... If you want to join, you can... but you don't have to.

Not a referral, lol, there are no referrals in this game. It's free, and there is NOTHING to pay for, so you don't have to worry about paying real money to be a good player...

Wow, that sounds a lot like spore. Spore is a game where you create a creature and then it evolves into space stage. You beat the game when you reach the center of the universe, and you make almost everything, planets, ships, alliances, and even a dress code for your citizens! There is a lot more to spore, but you can check it out at www.spore.com

I've played Spore, and it really is nothing like Spaceinvasion (SI). In Spore you start from a cell and end up in space, but in SI all you do is move fleets and build things and watch the time countdown until it finishes. But in Spore you actually get to see the creature and eat and evolve, in Spore you can control the creatures and life but in SI you only move the ships, you're not involved with the life. Though in SI it's multi player and your alliance is made up of real players, who also possess a number of colonies which have "colonists" even though you never see them...

Well, I wouldn't say that this game is much like other strategy games. In here, you just build stuff, and look for other players to raid. Maybe, if you're in an alliance and in a big war, you might need a little strategy, but not much.

Thank you for sharing! That's pretty interesting. But I don't really like strategy game that much. I am more on casual games that I can use some of my skills. I really got tired on strategy games that easily.

Yay! Someone found my discussion!
I do admit, these strategy games aren't that fun. But I still go on, because there are things to do...
Thanks for responding, and hope you enjoy your games.
