Are you smarter than the person you report to?

How many of us are so sick of doing work for those we work for? Not the company but the individual who they put over you? They seem so clueless yet they bombard you day after day askign you to do the work they are getting paid for and because they are your superior, you must do it. Arent you fed up with that? I am...I sooooo am.

Well my last job was exactly that way...I had a supervisor who didn't seem to have a clue, and no known experience as a manager... yet she somehow snagged the job, and she also managed to really destroy our department.
