I get hartburn from time to time I read in a book that hartburn is cause by to litely stomech acid?? How can I tell if i have to litely stomech acid??

I am not sure what you mean by "litely stomach acid" but heart burn has many causes one of the common ones is acid reflux...acid reflux can be caused by a hiatal hernia [most common cause] and overproduction of gastric acid...a doctor would be able to tell you what the exact cause of your heart burn is.
