Of course. Unhealthy foods are most often the "delicious" foods. You will not feel it now, yet, later on the effects on your health can become unbearable. Now what you should do? Think of the future. Would you want to be a burden on your family, who will have to take care of you because you are sick? Are you ready to give up on the things you enjoy now, because someday you might get sick and will prevent you from DOING? (^_^)

I think you need to discipline yourself in order for you to eat heathy foods. If you are really willing to be a healthy person, then you can do it! Colas, fatty foods and sweets are temptations but i know you can resist it if you are just focus on your goal to have a good and healthy diet, these also goes if you change your attitude towards having a healthy lifestyle.

to apply reverse psychology on your question.lol. eat whatever you want. just wait till you get sick. the doctors will tell you every little foods that are not good for your heath. sometimes it pays to my children when they don't want to follow my orders.
