It seems vampire-inspired movies and TV series are becoming popular nowadays take a look on True Blood, Vampire diaries, Moonlight, Angel and many more who are big hits among viewers of course Twilight in the movie arena and in the past like Interview with the Vampire and Blade. While watching these shows and movie I have noticed that the actor who played for a male vampire are chosen for their good looks, good body built and appeal.
So what do you think is the most gorgeous vampire you've seen?I always prefer Robert Pattinson of Twilight and the actor who played Eric in True Blood as the most gorgeous. How about you?

The most gorgeous movie vampire for me is probably Selene (Kate Backinsale) from the movie Underworld.
But I prefer to see vampires portrayed as scary monsters rather than pretty teenagers.

I think Robert Pattinson is gorgeous & I loved him on the movie Twilight & can't wait to see the New Moon movie that he plays in! He has to be the best vampire hunk so far. Right? LOL!
There is also a new show out called Vampire Diaries & I think the two brothers Stefan & Damon are really gorgeous as well.
Stefan & Damon Salvatore are vampire brothers & Stefan is described as "gloriously, amazingly, epically beautiful young man". Damon meanwhile is an older brother who can go from playful to evil in a split second.
You will Love the Vampire Diaries!:D

For me it would be a tie between Robert Pattinson of Twilight and the guy who played Spike on Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

I would have to say that it is a toss up between Brad Pitt as Louis in Interview with a Vampire, and RPattz himself as Edward Cullen in Twilight. I think Tom Cruise is horrific anyway, and I was very disappointed when I learned that he had been cast as Lestat de Lioncourt. I don't even think he played the part very well - I felt he OVERplayed it terribly.
That being said - I originally felt that Robert Pattinson was not as attractive in real life as he is as Edward. That was until I saw Little Ashes. Although the subject matter might not be everyone's cup of tea (the story of the relationship between the artist Salvador Dali and Federico Garcia Lorca the poet), and he starts out with some silly hair, he eventually cuts it off and starts wearing manly suits and is GORGEOUS! He was also amazing in the The Haunted Airman, if anyone gets a chance to see that - it's on youtube.

Oh, definitely that Swedish actor guy who plays Eric in True Blood... Got into Twilight in the beginning, but I've lost interest. RPattz is cute, but his appeal to me is seasonal. I think Tom Cruise made an awesome Lestat (didn't care much for Brad Pitt), but since this is about looks, True Blood's Eric is my choice. Gary Oldman also makes an awesome Dracula (Gary Oldman is awesome, period). Let's not forget the vintage vampires like Bela Lugosi and Boris Karloff (is it true that he was really a vampire?), lol.

I agree with your choice. I watched True Blood also and noticed the good looks of the one who played Eric. I am just wondering why the production of True Blood did not tap that actor to play for Bill as Sookie's love interest, because Eric is more appealing and gorgeous than the actor who played Bill.

Well, since you mentioned about Interview with the vampire, how about Brad Pitt and Tom cruise on the early age of the big blockbuster hit originated from the novel by Ann rice. They look absolutely gorgeous on that movie too.

For me it is a tie too. You are so right that the males that they choose to play in the vampire movies and television programs are absolutely gorgeous. I love Brad Pitt and always have so him in Interview with a Vampire is one of the two that tie for me. The other is Robert Pattinson in Twilight.
However, I also have to point out that it is the way that they are portrayed in the movie as well that makes them so attractive to me. What I'm trying to say is for example that Robert Pattinson is a good enough looking man, but in the movie he is ten times more gorgeous than he is in real life.

Vampires do need to be appealing to their victims because according to the story, a vampire cannot enter a person's house without the owner's permission so if he is ugly and unappealing, people would be suspicious. I think the best vampire I've seen must be Wesley Snipes in Blade. I saw all three Blade movies and would watch him again if ever a fourth one were to be made. Even though he tried so hard not to turn into a full-fledged vampire he is still one. I love his physique and the way he fights. It's so realistic and very believable.

hahahha. OK, thanks for reminding, I forget the fact that there are guys here also who want to answer of course this discussion, it's pretty obvious that you will go for female vampires.LOL!Yes, I agree with your choice for a female vampire, Ashley Green as Alice is so perfect she is so pretty, she could have been Rosalie because in the book, Rosalie was described as the prettiest lady on earth I was disappointed when I saw the actress who played Rosalie (Nikki Red) she is not really pretty contrary to the description of her character in the book.

I know that this may sound like broken record machine but definitely Robert Pattinson from Twilight. I hated the movie, and he was the only one that kept me still in my seat. I couldn't keep my eyes off him! Then Spike from Buffy the Vampire Slayer...he was so cute and funny and quirky in the way he loved her! And his accent is to die for, haha
