As soon as you earn 2$, your balance will turn green color indicating that you can cash out. Also the request payment button will turn green. Neobux also deducts 2% tax so for 2$ it will be 4 cents. It is pretty low. So you can either earn 2.04$ and then request payout or request it at 2.00$ its your choice. Also after every request, the cash out limit is raised by 1$. So the after 2$ it will be 3$ then 4$ and so on till you reach 10$. So 10$ is final payout limit. I think upgraded members don't have their payout limit raised, only standard members face this.
