paypal withdrawal

Hi, I want to withdraw my paypal balance and transfer it to my bank account in India. But my account is unverified as I do not have a credit card. I tried to verify with my debit card but it does not accept debit card verification in India. I have heard that if one tries to withdraw his paypal balance in his bank account and if he is not verified then his account gets limited i.e he cannot further use it unless he provides all required documents to them and also adds a credit card. So, what should I do? should I try to withdraw my paypal balance in my bank account or should I first try to get verified then withdraw it? I do not want my account to get limited i.e restricted. . Any suggestions? Thanks

hi ,u can give bank account number to paypal,then paypal can tranfer amount to ur bank account. i have done like that only though i don;t have any credit card . but paypal people are allowing for some banks only. according to my knowledge they can allow icici bank and canara bank. i have tranferred my amount to my canara bank account. if u have account in these two banks ,ask that bank's ifsc number and enter it in paypal.then u can get ur amount within 7-10 days to ur bank account . so first see in paypal pages ,whether they are allowing for ur bank or not. and if they are allowing ask bank people for ifsc number and enter in the paypal page that ifsc number. this bank account ifsc is sufficient for u if u want to withdraw upto 500$.i once withdraw 500$ from my paypal account to my bank account without credit card . if u want to withdraw more than that amount (500$),ur account should be verified i think ,that is credit card is needed i think.

My bank is there on their list of approved banks. They accept HDFC bank. I have added the bank details and have requested them to transfer the amount in the bank. They say it will take 5-7 business days to get the payment. So now I'm waiting. I hope that I will get the payment. Thanks for responding.

All I needed to do was check out the tiny amount that had been deposited by PayPal into my bank account and verified it that way. Maybe it's different verification process huh...?

But to do that you need a kart with CVV code. Not every one have one.

HDFC Bank has a Virtual card for internet transactions. ICICI Bank has a card exclusively for online transactions. chek with the one of these two banks. Debit cards do not work, i also have tried that. Credit Card is the only option that has worked for me. Atleast my bank called up to chek with me if i had done any transaction, and they allowed the transaction only after I confirmed it.

Hi aditya, You may request for check and convert here... Or you can opt for prepaid credit card... I think ICICI Bank provides this facility... I think this could help... Happy mylotting...

But will they pay because I have a unverified account? I do not know much about prepaid credit card. I have a account in HDFC bank.

aditya , u dont need any verification for withdrawals u only need the bank account on ur name and the bank will take care of it the one u r going to withdraw verification is only required for paying to others via ur credit card and also for reasons that one account is assigned to only 1 paypal id
