I find some difficulties motivating myself. Sometimes I do lots of activities in office to achieve some goal, after accomplishing it I find it difficult to boost myself in work. And I lose my speed in, I reach late and so. Rather I can say I lose my motivation easily. How do you motivate yourself? Is there any secret to motivate continuously so that someone do not lose it even after reaching a goal. Share if you want. And any Suggestion?

I motivate myself by thinking of my future if I do not do well today. I think of my love ones who are depending of me then I get motivated

I don't think that it is a realistic thing to say that people can be motivated 100% of the time.
This may sound silly but I actually write down my goals on a "post it" note and put it on my mirror at home. This forces me to see them every day...a couple of times a day. Once that goal is completed then I take it down. You'll eventually get sick of looking at them and just do whatever the goal is.
Everyone has a down day....but keep your head up tomorrow's a new day!

Hi, ample03, I think my situation is exacly the same with you. I want to make myself work up and aspiring, but I can't achive that. Most times the goal that I had set for myself can not be reached by myself. I am worried about that. If you find some effective ways, please share with me. Thanks. Good Luck.

Motivate youself by thinking all the time of some great benefit that you would really like.
Soon, the worry of work will leave you and you will take it all in naturally.\
Motivation does come from happy prospects, not by thinking of the sad state of affairs.

Focus on what you are working for rather than what you are working at. No one really likes to work so being upbeat and motivated can be hard. Just focus on your life and thing that make you happy, these thing will involve money at some stage. SO your work earns you the money to pursue what you want in life so that in itself should be motivation enough.
But then that is just my take on things

Have the goal is a good thing, it's said that have the dream have the motivation. So if you set up a easy goal, and you achieved it easily, I think you will lose your motivation. So maybe you need to set up a little difficult goal with stimulate and fresh, then you will continue want to do and achieve it.

Now ,I still a student,I think just have a big goal and work for it.Don't give up.When you achieve a goal, try another one.As time goes on ,you will have a lot of achievement. It is true ,believe me and believe yourself.

The urge to direct our own lives. This is great motivation for the entrepreneur, however for the employee it is really important to give them the ability to feel autonomous. Provide some guardrails and allow your employee to find their way to the outcome, the creativity may surprise you.
The desire to get better and better at something that matters. We want to excel at something, provide opportunities for your employees to grow through training, practice, and time. It is a tremendous motivator.
The yearning to do what we do in the service of something larger than ourselves. Define and communicate a big vision that is impactful - it is a powerful motivator. In one of my companies, our vision is to make life a little more happy and fun everyday by bringing entertainment closer to you.

the best way to motivate your self is by telling yourself that every second is a new start what happen in past is gone and we dont really care for that.
you should read motivational books like the monk who sold the ferrari etc.
you should read motivational quotes.
and be confident my friend everything will go fine with you.ok
happy mylotting.

Good day ample.
You find it hard to motivate yourself but yet your are motivated to right it here in mylot. I guess you are indeed motivated but the difference is you get tired or maybe bored so easily you want something which cannot make you feel bored. In your case if you cannot motivate yourself then try to ask yourself what do I want in life? maybe because if you don't have a plan or goal towards something that is probably the tendency that you get tired and bored easily.
For me I can motivate myself by means of identifying what I want in life or probably what I really want to happened in my life. And we I get the thing which I want I will give something for myself as a reward for working hard an example of a reward maybe a cup of ice cream will do.
