Children shouldn't watch TV or any screen (games, PC, DVDs_ for more than 2 hours in total per day, broken up into short chunks of time.
How long do your kids watch the TV, sit in front of the PC or play games and watch DVDs?
Were you aware that 2 hours is the recommended limit?
