Ever wake up in a bad mood? Did it affect your entire day? If not, why?

Although I am a very easy going person, I do on occasion wake up in a bad mood. Sometimes it sets the tone for my entire day and nothing seems to go right. If this has happened to you in the past, what things have you done to prevent the bad mood from determining the rest of your day?

Yes, There were times when I do wake up in the wrong side of the bed. I feel lazy to work and not in the mood for everything. I just tell myself there are things that must be done and I should start doing them and get them over with no matter what. As I make the first step I will just soon find out that I'm back into the full swing of things. My mind easily adapts itself and my body follows. If I don't move, things will be worse and I can't accomplish anything.
have fun

Sometimes I wake up in a bad mood. Then I do activities that can neutralize my mood. Usually activities I enjoy, like: playing music, chatting with friends, play games, etc.. Then I can run the rest of my day with a better mood.

Hello. Thank you for your response. I must agree. The best way to change a bad mood is to get active or involved in something to break the cycle. I hope you have a great day.

Yes, everytime I have a bad dream, when I dream of my husband cheating on me.. I get upset the whole day.... One of my deepest issues...
