German Shepherds normally live a lifespan of 12-16 years
How long did your German Sheperd live?
German Shepherds sleep outside and are kept as guard dogs
Where does your German Sheperd sleep at night?
Do you keep him as a pet or as a guard dog?
I feed my German Shepherd red mills
What do you feed your German Sheperd?
My German Shepherds are called Rocky and Tiger
What do you call your German Sheperd?

I had a German Shepard once. Her name was wolfie. The clumsiest and most violent dog I ever had. I got her as a three day old puppy but had to give her away because she was just extreme trouble. She killed my then neighbor's dog after a vicious fight (yep I paid for that massacre!). She was so strong, but exceedingly violent to the point where people where afraid of me and my own mum couldn't come to the house 'coz she attacked everyone or anyone that wasn't me!
I only had her for a year and gave her up to the RSPCA. A month later they had to put her down because she killed three cats and four other dogs... they discovered she had HNV type 4 rabbies which is like the worst of all rabbies attacks so they had to put her down. She only lived for a year..

We have German Sheperd as pet in our home named "pappu." It looks so cute. It understands what we told. It always be inside our house during daytime. It's a friendly one. If one day it eats chicken leg, the next day it wants fish otherwise it doesn't eat anything. It didn't like to eat the same type of food everyday. It needs variety of foods. It's so sensitive. If we scold it then it feels so sad the whole day. One day, when I was crying it came to me and wipe up my tears with its mouth.

My German Shepherd is only 7, I do hope she lives to a ripe old age though! Mine is a guard dog, as well as a member of the household. She's trained with silent hand signals as well as verbal signals. She's real good, and very protective. I'm thankful that she's so good. If somebody comes to the door and i don't know them, or trust them, she will stare them down and growl a low gutteral growl. She would not, however, attack unless somebody was physically harming me or a member of my family. If she knows I trust somebody, she will just let them be and be friendly. She's very trustworthy and is good with kids as well as other animals. She's great, she's sleeping right now with the old cat curled up between her legs.
Mine is named Kelly, in honor of a relative (who is now deceased) who was Irish. We thought Kelly a fitting name honor lol. She sleeps with me in my bedroom at night, and in the daytime she usually sleeps on 'her' chair in the living room. Yes, she has her own chair hahaha. It used to be a people chair but it's her chair of choice, and as long as she doesn't lay on the sofa, it's perfectly OK that Kelly gets her own chair. (It can get really hairy in a day when she's shedding sometimes, so it works for me lol)

My mom has a German Shepperd she bought him from a breeder which is an ex police officer that breeds German Shepperd's.
He will be 6 yrs old on Wednesday. His name is Amigo or Buddy. He is a good dog and they do make good watch dogs.
My moms dog sleeps in the house. When I was growing up and lived at home she used to have a Different German Shepperd named Brandy.
I don't know how long he lived for because he passed a way he had cancer. Every time he sneezed blood would come out of his nose it was sad.
My mom feeds her Shepperd Purina Pro I believe but not sure.
