a. What's in Starbucks that people love?
b. How did starbucks became famous/popular/known?

a. I think its the service that starbucks crews offer. They are excellent especially in making sure you are satisfied with your purchase
b. I'm not sure how it really started but from where I am, I think it started with people from US who came here for vacation and started craving for starbucks coffee. Then they opened their first store here.
