I'm asking this because I have friends who are taking their 3 year old daughter thier on vacation! Last yaers some other friends took their 4yr old. The 3 year old is a social butterfly! She'll do great! My friend iwith rge 4 yr.old which is 5 now had a lousey time! He had problems with socilally! He only like Goof while this! I think the perfect age is 6 and older. That way they'll remember the trip! What is you idea?

That is a wonderful question, actually one that my husband and I have pondered ourselves. This past summer, our daughter wanted to go to Disney World for vacation, she's six-years-old but we decided against it because our son was what we felt was too young, he's two-years-old. So for us, we decided that we are going to try to make our trip when our children are eight-years-old and four-years-old that way they will be old enough to remember their trip but they will also still be young enough to fully experience the joy of Dinsey World.

I agree with you. I took my kids for the first time to Disney World when they were 6 and 8. We came back a year later. They still remember every ride they took, the blistering/suffocating heat and the hurricanes.

For me if I had kids I wait until at least 6 years old! My older brother and wife started to take my niece to Disneyworld at 2 and continued to do so until she was 10. As my niece got older she enjoyed it and remember it more! Now she is almost 12 and is more in going to other places!

This is a question that I am asking around this few days.
After the May holiday I spent with my 3 years old daughter in Bali, Indonesia, she get to ask me to bring her to the beach again, take the plane again and ask me to the big big house again ( hotel) I am quite impress that she still could remember what she had in the holiday.
Now that I talk to my hub if it is the best time for us to bring the kids , my 3 years old daughter and 20 months old son to Disney land. The nearest Disney Land is in Hong Kong. I think of want to bring the kids to Disneyland because my son is now below 2 years old, he only need to pay 10% of the air fare and I think the Disneyland entrance fee is free for infant. There my daughter is so into travel lately, she wants to go travel again and I believe she could fully experience the tours to Disney Land.
But my hub think of our kids are still to young to go to Disney Land....

age 3 and 4 has a little knowledge about what is going on around them, they are also happy with even littlest thing, even if you only stroll them on the street with lots of kids that they could see. but children above 5 has more knowledge about what is going on around them, and bringing them in disneyland would be an unforgettable experience with them.

Any age is a good age to go to Disney World. Just a few rules should alway be on that tribe.
First don't get sperated
Second don't let go of each other in the crowds (there are people that take children their.
Third and finnaly if your child gets lost tell them to go to a disney worker immetally. They will have it on the intercom when they got your child.
