Why, just why?

hi kia could it be perhaps you are a little jealous of thie person? You call her a nice person yet it sounds like you 'think otherwise.as for her signing up for extra work maybe she needs that money ,do you really know anything about her home life. Do you feel she is trying to make you look bad if so that is a different story. but some people are just enthused about their job. why not be enthused about your job? Don't you like your job? I would myself rather have 'worked with someone who wanted to do well, than someone who was lazy and palmed off half her work onto me.

Ii tired of people who come in and think that they can do a greater job than what is previously already done. One who thinks that they have the same capabilities as you, one who thinks that they know it all but constantly calling out names for assistance throughout the day. I say stick with what you know and handle what you can, don't take on extra stuff if you are not able to handle it. Not only are you slowing down the process but you are slowing down other's as well....;-)
