And yes, his fever is gone after 3 days. But then my son get very traumatic everytime he sees spoon, he thought it is medicine. Now because of that, he doesn't want to eat at all. What should I do?

I have that experience last month. My son got very traumatic with the spoon. But, I tried to overcome the problem by giving the food without the spoon. Give him cookies, bread, fruits, etc. Later after two weeks, I gave him food using the spoon but I gave it by conditioning.Meaning make the situation cheerful, I fed him while listening to the music, watching TV, playing games. Then I stopped when he reacted negatively like crying or screaming because I didn't want to force him to eat. Since forcing him to eat will make him afraid to eat. I know it takes time but I believe the end will be good.

We cannot really force children to eat because it will just ended to frustration among mothers. All we have to do is to be patient and more understanding of how they feel. Anyway time comes that their appetite will be back to normal. You have to think for tricks in order to win back his attention to eat.

Just don't force him to eat. You can serve him with fruits, milk or offer something colorful foods which is inviting to his eyes. Or maybe his tasting or appetite is not yet ok, just like us adults it took 3-5 days before our appetite or eagerness to eat will go back. He is not really afraid of the spoon it's just he doesn't like to eat.

Thank you. I think that would be a good idea to seduce him with attractive foods. I'll try it.
