Each time i open all my internet browser(internet explorer, firefox, google chrome) the prompt is always telling me that the page is unavailable. and in google chrome it says that it is an unknown error??.I still guessing if it is a virus or just a simple error. is there someone who can help me fix the problem?? and may I ask how to destroy viruses using command prompt?? thanks!

It think the problem is not your browsers, but your internet connection and/or setting. You need to check whether you are actually connected to the internet or not. Configure the setting first. another possiblity is that the pages you requested were really unavailable.

As far as I know, it should be an known error. The webpage, perhaps, have been removed or being inexistence.
If there are something wrong with browsers, you'd better update them usually and keep them being the latest version. When it come to destroying viruses, command prompt is useless and you can try some free Anti-virus software to solve the problem, which is common working well.
