floods

I live here in the Philippines... The floods are really destroying for some properties, lives of people ,and etc... Yeah, we'll just pray for the sad experience of my co-Filipino People.

It would be nice to hear from them.with dreadful flooding like they have had the communications take a while to set up again.We watched in shock and horror and just pray they are all alright and will be in contact soon.

It is good of you to have sympathy for them. I have seen discussions where friends have talked about family members who are or have experienced harships with the floods.

Hello Annie. I have been reading about devastating floods in the Philippines in the newspapers and on the TV. It is really so sad. NGOs are trying to help the flood victims. World Vission is one which is putting a lot of effort too. That's very good. I made a donation to World Vision too. Yes, I pray for all the people there who are suffering.

Where in the heck have you been miss anniefannie? You and jo haven't been out running around without me again have you? I have replied to a couple of discussions regarding the floods. It's such a shame that our friends over there are having such a tough time.

i also havent heard about this incident but there are flooding in other parts of the world.many of my friends are from philipines and i too join you in praying for those Affected by the floods.

I have been watching the news and reading th paper. I have been wondering about the people in the Philippins as well. Makes me wonder when the rain will stop or how long before the Philippins is under water. It is a very scay thought. am saying a prayer for that country and for the people.

that is for sure. i thought of making a discussion on this asking how they are. i also have many filipinos on my friends list and i havent heard anything either but i figured one of my friends would bring this up. glad you did. now we can hear how they are.

I have been watching this on TV and the poor people have suffered so much and I believe that more flooding is expected. I understand that the flooding will get worse over the years with the climate change that is happening. At least one report I heard said so. These are such a gentle kind people and some are here in Jamaica. They are hard working and friendly. I wish them safety and no more loss of lives. May God help them and keep them safe.
