There's a more accurate way than urine testing or pregnancy tests. Try consulting an ob and ask if your daughter can take the blood test to detect if she's really pregnant or not. Sometimes, over presumption on being pregnant would really lead to disappointment. Maybe your daughter and her husband really wants to have a baby?

Actually it is very possible for a woman to believe she is pregnant and not be... The human mind is an amazing thing that we know so little about but the expression mind over matter comes to mind now...
