Wash your face daily to prevent zits and pimples!!! My dad always said, "Oh you're gunna get PIMPLES when you eat peanuts!!! Stay away from chocolate! You'll get ZITS AND PIMPLES!!!
Me: -_- Omnomnomnom. =/
Just wash your hands before touching your face, wash your face when you wake up and before you go to bed at night. Preferably the times when you brush your teeth. Should you wash your face when you jump in the shower? I'd like to think after you shower since you can have a towel on your head to keep your head back (if you have long hair).
Speaking of that... Imma do that right now.

No, eating peanuts will not give you pimples. However, if you touch your face while eating, the oil and bacteria from your hands will transfer into your skin and THAT will cause breakouts. Hope that helps.

No. My doctor told me it is not a fact. Foods can't hardly affect pimples. The main reason is because of hormones and dirt on the face.

maybe because it has lots of oils which makes our face more prone to pimples
