Which is faster? Internet Explorer, Firefox or Google chrome?

Hi there I think browsing speed doesn't depends on the browser that we use. I think it depends on how fast is our internet connection.

I prefer to use Mozilla Firefox browser than IE or GC. I like the efficiency of FireFox.Even though I am using all these browsers, FireFox is my most favored browser.

I personally Prefer Firefox and It's Been My Favourite Over Last 2 Years but i think chrome is catching the race followed By IE8 but still firefox tops the Speed Race and its the best browser with some friendly options Unlike IE8 which is a bit difficult to operate.

I get used to IE.But long before,I have used firefox and it's really faster than IE in same condition.

really i don't know, i use internet explorer 8 and it's realy fast, but it's not so fast on my sister's pc, beacause her computer is old and a weak, my pc is powerful so IE goes fast in every condition, i think that it's not only the typo of browser but it depends on 90% on the power of your pc.

All of the above without regards to Internet Explorer. May be the default web browser, but darn, it's the worst browser in history. For that matter, a programming-illiterate person could do better than internet explorer so as to make a browser.

Well, I prefer using Firefox, cause there are some features online that can be viewed in Firefox and not in IE. In terms of speed, firefox is faster as well, but I think it'll still depend on the connection.

My default browser is firefox. I do not know which is really faster, I think the site that you open will also matter. But in my case, I am more comfortable with firefox. I have tried other browser from Internet explorer, opera, avant, and safari. Though I use some of them from time to time, its the firefox that I use more often.

There is no doubt that firefox is the best browser in terms of speed & security. So I prefer to use firefox most of the time.

maybe you could try opera,especially if you network is slow,opera could help you faster,if you are a developer, you should use firefox,

Before I use the internet explorer but now I'm using firefox because I find it more faster compare to other browser. And I am comfortable of it now.

I have been using Firefox for last 1 year without having any problem and with good speed. The good thing about that it does not crash too often in the middle of loading a page. After having tried all popular browsers like IE, Chrome, Safari(from Apple), Opera and obviously FireFox, I have come to the decision that Firefox is best for me. Though I also agree to the fact that if you have a fast Internet connection, any browser will act fast, but there are definitely some differences which make every browser unique in their own place.

since 2001 i'm used to computer and internet. i have been used to internet explorer till march/2009. last march i was in trouble with my explorer, it was go down, slow and low speed. i can't stop use explorer, coz i was used to long year and i kinda weakness on it.i try to solve this issue and tried , then i was looking for alternative browser and with my friend's suggest i start use mozila firefox so. anyway i'm happy and smile with firefox. i still using firefox.even right now. i like to continue it too. the reason and from my using experience i can say with the browsing performance of firefox, i'm fully satisfied .its comfortable also to me.
