Insomnia

I can't explain my feelings for that past 3 nights of my life from now...My mother told me that I have suffering insomnia... Well,she said "i will getting fine soon"... But how? When I felt asleep I can't sleep... There is something inside of me telling to wake up/// I can't relax because i think a lot...a lot of problems I've encountered everyday.. How to treat this?

Develop good sleeping habits.Reduce intake of caffeine,drink a glass of warm milk or have a cup of curd before going to bed.Curd is a very good sleep inducer.Develop the habit of reading good novels before sleeping.Avoid sleeping during day time,do lot of physical exercise.Relax yourself,do meditation.Stop thinking about any issues while your in bed.

take one day at a time. take time to relax from work. indulge in exercise ... it helps u sleep better. or, drink a glass of hot milk before going to bed. that helps, too. if none of these works, see a doctor. have a good day.

Yah,, I got to see my doctor,...for what should be his findings and advice about it..

The only solution is meditation, that way you learn how to keep your thoughts in control, once thoughts are in control, then you can silent your mind and that can bring you sleep. Before going to sleep drink lukewarm glass of milk even that helps.

thanks for the idea.. But, i try it many-many times... but it doesn't work,,, maybe I got to see my doctor...

Sounds like you are really wound up, and stressed out....anxious... Can you not take a hot bath, and then a good book to bed with you, or something like that? You need to try to relax, let your mind unwind, watch a good film or something, to take your mind off your problems. If it gets too bad, go have a chat with your Doctor, to see if he can help you. Good luck...

Just like what he said,, it was only because of depression comes in me.. a lot of problems I encountered for these past days.. but now, im feeling well, after i consult, he counsel-out my problems just like he was a psychiatrists and then i told all my problems to him.. and then he gave me an advice and vitamins to be taken off and after two days of consultation, i am feeling well,...

You already have stated the cause of your problem and can be summarized into one word "stress". Then you have to relax a little bit, have a time out of all that stress you put your mind into. I'm not a medical doctor, but I know it will help. I don't think it's not a case of insomnia.

ruiz,my friend.I'm sorry to hear that you are suffering insomnia.But when i encounter insomnia.I alway DIY(DO IT YOUSELF),or have sx with my girlfriend.lol sometimes you should recognize that sx is a very effective sleeping pill.Try it,you will recover soon.

This is an interesting discussion,and I am sure there are a lot of people have insomnia and are not sure how to deal with it,and ever since I was little I have had insomnia and have always had trouble sleeping,and I have spent several hours watching television while trying to sleep,but when I met my wife and she moved in I still have insomnia but I do not have as much trouble sleeping since my wife is beside me,even though some nights take me longer to fall asleep then others,and I know there are nights she has trouble sleeping so I think everyone suffers from insomnia at least once in their life,have a great day, good luck with your life,and all of your mylotting goals,and Happy Posting.

hmm.. for you to conquer insomnia, you should drink a glass of hot milk. thats what i do everytime i cant sleep at night.
