I think a person with hypertension can easily get stress if they don't get their medicine quickly. But actually there's different between stress and hypertension. I'm not a doctor so i can't give a details explanation about stress. But you can easily finding many resources about stress on the internet. But according to my own experienced with stress, i think stress is all about our mindset. Sometimes when we feel our schedule is crowded, we can easily got stress with it. Or sometimes when we have many unfinished jobs, we can also got stress easily. The further effect is it can harm our health and causing hypertension for the sufferer. Good luck and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

normal stress is equal to F/A. normal means its perpendicular to the surface. other types of stress means the calculations are not that simple. strain is the change in dimension of the material in response to the stress which is linked by young's modulus.
in layman terms, stress is how much u press, strain is how much the material changes in size due to that force.
