I've got a question from my students when I'm explaining about natural resources and human resources, then there are my students who ask "what the teacher is more influential to our country prosper, what's that natural resources are abundant, or because the resources human " To be honest I applaud the questions my students who think towards the welfare state, and then I replied that a very influential is its human resources.
