How much is important for you sleep time?

I value my sleep so much. I usually go to bed around 11 or 11 30, then on weekdays I get up at 6:40 because i have to be at work by 8. So that's about 7 hours I guess on average. Still, it is not enough, as I am badly addicted to coffee. Without coffee, I cannot keep my eyes open for more than a couple hours even after getting 10 hours of sleep. Though I have time in the afternoon for naps, I can't sleep, no matter how tired I am. It's kind of annoying. And I don't get grumpy, I'm always a happy person.

I usually go to sleep between 11:00 pm and 1:00 am. I get about 5 to 6 hours of sleep. No I do not have time to nap. If I do not get enough sleep I am not grumpy I just am real tired and when I go to bed that night I will fall right to sleep and may even get up to 8 hours of sleep making up for not getting enough the night before.

I will be on my bed when my baby wanted her sleep at night, normally around 8 to 9pm. While on my bed, I will still go online into MyLot and FB and etc..
My usual sleeping time is around 12am, and I need the solid 8 hours sleep at least. I don't mind not having that for a day or 2, but not for long.
I get cranky if I don't get my sleep, and my mood will swing dramatically. Even on those days that I don't have a baby, I will still need my sleep consistently.

if i sleep from 10pm to 8am i feel fresh otherwise hole day i feel tired and want to sleep. drowse do not come i feel non justification i do not constrate on my work.

i usually need at least 6 hours of sleep. if i don't i felt like my eyes will close shut any minute especially during nap hours! if i overslept like when i woke up at 10am and not before that, i feel so lazy i don't want to do anything else but watch tv! :D

hi icesmile. usually i go for a sleep at midnight mean at 12 or even later. i have to sleep at least 6 hours unless i feel uncomfortable whole the day. i have no time for a nap at day time but yes, if i never sleep whole night then i go to bed at day time too. thanks.

sleep is vital because it is during that time your body rejuvenates itself and all your toxins come out. Our brain no matter how many coffees we drink, we still wont be able to function the way we are suppose to if we lack sleep.

I usually get about 5-6hours of sleep everyday... but i always feel i need more...
i am tired all the time... and i wish i could get a few extra hours of sleep at least once in a week...

Every day I start to sleep around 3 - 4 am and wake up around 10 - 11 am... This makes me completely relaxed and I can be active for the whole day... Some days, I don't have time to sleep, but the next day will be very worst and uncomfortable, at that time go for a sleep in d day time itself....

I sleep at 10 p.m., usually during weekdays. That way, I am assured of about 7-8 hours of sleep. I wake-up rather early between 5:30 to 6. Thus, the early bedtime.I'm always happy when it is weekend because I can sleep in. Napping is a big no no for me because I will have difficulties sleeping in the night. If I get a good night's sleep, I can tackle anything. If not, then as you say, I turn grumpy and moody. The smallest thing can set me off.

Sometimes I'm having a hard time to sleep and just facing my computer if I can't sleep. My maximum hours of sleep in a day during work days is 6 hours but during weekend I sleep too much in a maximum of 10 hours.

Hi,ire,for a healthy people 6-8 hours sleep is recommended by physicians.But there is lot of changes placed in sleeping duration in these days after invention of computer/internet.You are great to have a sleep maximum of 10 hours,because many people may not get such a long hours,its one way lucky.Have a nice time and happy mylotting.

Around 10.30 - 11 pm,I go to sleep everyday and wake up at around 7.30am the next morning.Even if I go late top sleep one or two hours lately,then I feel dizziness the next day.It should be compensated the next night.I can be fresh in the morning but in the noon,I will feel the difference.About taking a nap in the afternoon,I had that practice earlier but now,I don't.Cheers!

I think that sleep is very important. so I try to get around 7 or 8 hours of sleep everyday. I do feel very moody and grumpy if I don't get enough sleep. I would just yawn a lot and need to take a nap during the day.
