Could i able to transfer money from Alertpay to Paypal account?

Can anyone tell me is it possible to transfer money from alertpay to paypal? Alertpay charging high fees to bankwire my earnings to local bank. It asks me to pay $15 per Bank wire. But in the case of paypal, they asks only $1. So i conclude to transact my earnings from alertpay to paypal. Is it possible? i didn't tried yet. So if anyone tried already. Please share here.

if you have a paypal debit card you can add in your alertpay account..yes... unfortunatly that is offered in united states only... i do agree it costs a lot to do transfers in alertpay..i am still mroe confortable with paypal.
