How can I view my broadband usage ?

I have BSNL broadband connection - 250 Plan.I am using the software Dataone bandwith usage finder 2.9. I am entering my correct username & password, still I can't view my usage. When I click the option Check Bandwith Usage, they are saying the page cannot be displayed. Do you have any solutions ? Do any one know any other software ? or what is the reason behind this ?
