My Sister is About to Turn 21

My little sister will be 21 in a few weeks and I have planned a Bar Crawl on Beale Street in Memphis, TN. I am getting her a crown that tells everyone she is the birthday girl. I am trying to get a list together of things she has to do before the night is over... like get her pic taken with a cop... and see if he will let you hold his night stick. Hee Hee get your minds out of the gutters. We are getting a hotel within walking distance so no one has to stay sober if they don't want to. I am trying to come up with more ideas of things for her to do and anything else that might be fun to do as well. Let me know what you think.
