Duggar joy: Parents of 18 now grandparents of 1

I just found out that Josh and Anna Duggar's first baby has arrived last night. Mackynzie Renee Duggar was 8 pounds and 9 1/2 inches. That's a good size baby. From watching the video. It looks like this could have been a home birth. I don't think there are too many huge closets in hospitals.

Wow, this family just amazes me. I have five kids and I thought that was a lot. They are brave and the best parents I have ever known. I'm so glad they have a show on tv where they can show the rest of the world what love really is! I aspire to that example but alas, don't think I'll ever reach it.
I know that Josh and Anna will be great parents also since they both have such good examples.

Yes, I'm sure they have a good foundation to work from, given both of their families.
I try and follow their examples somewhat. I don't plan on having a huge family, but I'm trying to live a better life with the family I do have. We're striving to be debt free. We've gone almost 3 months without using a credit card, except for those that are attach to our checking accounts.
