how many referal you have. do they work

i have four referals but only one is active. i most of the time found when i make some one referral he is not active. people are a bit lazy and dont want to work even online they most of the time want easy money. which can result mostly in scam what you think..

I did this also. but today people mostly dont go for these. as most of us dont have good experience regarding these. what ever the referrals i have. i have made them by communicating them. and only a single hero is there.
