i want to know about hubpages.com / myLot

i recently got to know about hubpages.. i already know that we can post articles and all if i am not mistaken.. but is that true that we can earn money there..? if you are a hubpage user please be kind enough to share you knowledge, experience with me here.. as i am planning to work on hubpages.. before starting i need some advices from experience user..thank you..

I have just recently joined hubpages, and even have even created a discussion regarding that, but haven't received any appropriate response.
