Sometimes in our lives someone hurt us along the way. For me it start with my Dad, we use to get along very fine until I reached the age of 15 and then everything started to go wrong with us. It took me in October of 2008 for me to learn how to forgive him. So I forgive him and now our relationship is so much better. How many of us has trouble passed and we hold unto the turmoil unable to let go because it leave a bitter taste in our mouth whenever we remember it. So we pushed it at the back of our mind and then when it appears we cried and cried.
I am here to tell you to forgive and let it go. Once you forgive whatever the situation is then you will be able to heal and move on with your lives. You will close that door that is preventing you from growing. I challenge you to start forgiving today and you will enjoy the outcome so much you will wonder why you hadn't done it sooner.
what are your take on forgiveness?

Great advice Kerry ,I have had a tumultous time with my father too to the extentthat we didint speak (and I mean literally speak ) until I was about 15 inspite of the fact we lived together fo a while.I think he didnt like me ,in fact I am sure he didnt like me and as a result I stayed away from him .Our lack of a relationship continued until he realised that I was doing well in school. At that point he even started to boast on my achievements as if he contributted to any of them.
I have forgiven him and we talk now when I see him .I might not call him up and wish a happy birthday but if we see each other we will talk.So I would say that forgiveness is finding a way to deal with all the things that others have done you in a way taht is harmonius to your well being
