Do you believe that love fades for a duration of time?

I am curious if you still feel the same way when you get older with your partner. Because there are some are just living together for several reasons but love they had before is fading. When I get married, I still want the passion and affection of love still remains even if we get old with my partner. Do you believe on this that love fades?
