Now Im reminded why I dont like making phone calls.

I dont like it when Im trying to contact someone and their phone just rings and rings. Ive tried calling them on/off throughout the day. I know for a fact that they always keep their phones close by and they dont have anything important to do the whole day. Now why dont they answer?? Is it because they have something of mine, I badly need it right now that's why Im contacting them, and they dont want to give it? Hmm, how about you? Do you like to make phone calls? How would you feel when the person you're calling doesnt answer when you know that he/she is at home and not busy? In receiving phone calls, what are the reasons why you dont take them when you're not doing anything else? Thanks.
