Are you happy when somebody says you have slimmed

I lost 50 pounds from January -- May this year, and not a single person ever said a word. Although I thought I was looking much better, it was discouraging that no one even noticed. Except my husband, of course, but he knew how hard I worked at it.

i don't think one single person has ever said that to me, and been serious about it! But well, i'm a boy, so people don't comment my weight so much! I don't think i would be happy, it's all about what i think myself...

it will depend on whether have i really lose weight or not. If yes, then i will be delighted. if no, then i will not be happy, cos there are some people who just compliment people without meaning it.
